Yep, I know it’s February, so I’m a bit late with my year in review post. Looking back, I realised I never actually wrote a 2024 review post, so technically this is very late indeed. But I think I can be forgiven, since I’ve posted more than usual this year. So let’s get to it.

Another year has gone by, and what a year it has been. According to Grammarly, I’ve been more productive than 99% of their users, and wow, I certainly feel it. If I’ve not been busy writing, then I’ve been busy with my head in a book. Like my usual year in review posts, this is what has been happening.
As usual, finding time to write has been a struggle, but only because I’ve been working on other projects. I like to take time out to write these yearly reflection posts as it helps me to plan my goals for next year. I was less ambitious when I set my 2022 goals, but I have achieved more than I set out to do.
It’s been a while since I posted, it’s been pretty hard to find time to write. When I am not working I am writing for my PhD, which is taking up quite a lot of my free time right now. 2021 was annoyingly uneventful, what with COVID part 2, I essentially became somewhat of a hermit again. But without further ado, here is my year in review.
I can’t believe the year is almost over. I feel guilty when I reflect on 2020, despite the pandemic, my year hasn’t been too bad. I’ve had to make adjustments, but I feel lucky to be in the position I’m in. 2020 will be a year that many will want to forget, but I’ve tried hard to make the best of the situation and use the time I’ve had productively.
